Pallet Tracking
(Bulk & Starter Kit orders ONLY)
- Try tracking it calling Pallet Plus on 01206 580390.
- If the above doesn’t work, call our fulfilment partner, IMD LTD, on 01255479864, option 1. Ask to speak to Amy Fletcher, Pancake World’s account manager, and give her your order/invoice number. She’ll help you track your delivery. Please only use this option if you can not track your parcel/pallet yourself.
New Business/Specific Quotes
It is much easier for us to deal with detailed quotes via email. We sometimes need to refer to various catalogues and deal with specific dimensions and power ratings. This can’t easily be done over the phone and for a better response from us, please email your query to: sales@pancake-world.com
