Developed by French chef, Loic Moinon, our Buckwheat mix is the only mix with an Authentic French flavour and texture. With several years of experience in catering, ourAuthentic Galette Mix has been perfected for use on all types of griddles and pans, guaranteeing you a perfect galette every time. All you have to do is add water and a little butter substitute and you will have authentic tasting French galettes in minutes!
- Makes 18 large galettes per kilo (up to 63 crepes per 3.5kg bag)
- 6-12 Months shelf life as a dry form, from production date
- Keeps for 2 days in refrigerator once rehydrated
- NB: This mix is made from Gluten Free ingredients but is produced in a facility which handles products containing gluten
- Mixing Instructions: Use 1.5l of cold water for 1kg of dry mix and 150ml of liquid butter
